Maina shared his tribute on Facebook on Sunday, May 24, 2026, shortly after news of Diblo Kaberia’s death emerged, expressing shock and sadness over the loss of the broadcaster whom he praised for his contribution to radio.
In his emotional message, Maina remembered the late presenter as an exciting voice on air whose energy and dedication made him stand out among listeners and colleagues alike.
“What a loss. He was talented, passionate and committed… an exciting presenter and commentator,” Maina wrote.
