Social media influencer and renowned actor Tyler Mbaya’s ex-girlfriend Georgina Njenga is finally getting out of rehab.
The popular Kenyan social media influencer will be discharged on November 10 from Chiromo Hospital Group in Bustani, Nairobi, after spending roughly 40 days in treatment, with comedian-turned-activist Eric Omondi announcing the milestone in a celebratory video shared on 6 November 2026.
The footage captures the raw emotion of the moment, shifting from outside the hospital entrance to a lush outdoor lawn and eventually a lakeside pier, where she enjoyed some time with her daughter.

After a deeply troubling video of the influencer in a visibly distressed state surfaced online and alarmed many Kenyans, Omondi intervened personally and arranged for her to be admitted to Chiromo.
He also kept the public updated on her progress throughout her stay, turning what could have been a private crisis into a moment of national concern and community support.
In the discharge video, Omondi is heard telling viewers, “Georgina is back, anatoka Tuesday,” before an overwhelmed Georgina stepped in to address the camera herself.

A visibly moved Georgina took a moment to speak directly to her supporters, struggling to find the words.
”I’m overwhelmed by the love, by the way. And like, all I’ll say is thank you and God bless you. I never thought that Kenyans would show me the love that they’ve shown me,” she said.
Omondi wrapped up the video on a light-hearted, optimistic note, joking about Georgina landing major brand endorsements upon her return and predicting she would appear on billboards for big companies.
