Artiste KRG the Don says Stevo Simple Boy’s music is trashy.

Speaking to a local YouTuber, the ‘mambo imechemka’ hitmaker insisted that Stevo was not his equal. He compared Stevo’s craft to songs sung by primary school pupils.

The singer also noted that the only reason why Kenyans claimed Stevo was more talented than him was because of his ‘funny’ looks.

“Stevo kama hangekua na hio uonekano wake, hamngekua mnamsikiza kwa sababu hizo ngoma zake mi naona ni kama watoto wa primary ndo wanaimba, na watu wa kindergaten,” he said.

He also stated that whoever was advising Stevo should stop misleading him to start beef with him.

“We ukitafta beef na KRG ntakupea hio clout but clout yangu inakuja na maugonjwa yake, depression, low self-esteem, inaleta instability kwa mfuko yako,” he stated.

He also responded to fans who wondered why he called Stevo a scarecrow. The singer defended that he has also been called all sorts of names by different people for his skin colour.

“Mtu akisema mwanaume mgani ni lightskin, hio si matusi? Kwa nini mkianza matusi alafu niwatusi mnasema mimi ni mbaya? Kwa nini kina Kibe wananiitanga mimi KRG the donkey
do I look like a donkey?” he posed.

Earlier the singer called out Stevo for claiming he did not know who he was.

This was after Stevo wondered why they were fighting musically when he did not know who he was.

The artiste warned Stevo against comparing himself to him in any way and claimed that they were not on the same level musically.

“Wewe ni mtoto mdogo, wewe ni mnyama mdogo sana mbele ya macho yangu. Wewe mimi nikikulinganisha ile kazi naeza kupa wewe simple boy, labda nikupeleke kwa shamba yangu uko nikuvalishe khanga ukue kama scarecrow, kwa sababu sura yako inatisha sana.

“Usijaribu kabisa simple boy. Sura yako inatisha sana kujicompare wewe na mtu handsome boy kama mimi. Wewe unakaa kama scarecrow ile kitu imechukuliwa kama watermelon uitobolee mashimo tu mianya,” he said.

This loosely translates to:

“To me, you are a child, you are a very tiny animal. What I can compare you to is a scarecrow. What I can do is dress you as a scarecrow and give you the work of scaring animals from my farm because your looks are very scary.
