Wilson Sossion has lauded the Kenyan medical system after he got the fat tissue on his forehead removed.

Through a statement seen by Citizen Digital, the Tourism Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) nominee said he underwent a 15-minute surgery on Monday after meeting a reconstruction surgeon from the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).

“One morning after a TV talk show, a medical Dr from KNH one Dr. Paul Kirui asked me to see him at KNH over a special matter. I found him with Dr. Ferdinand Nakole a reconstruction and plastic surgery surgeon,” he wrote.

“They advised me to have fat tissue on my forehead removed which they did yesterday with precision through a surgery lasting 15 minutes. I celebrate Kenyan Doctors and medics wherever they are in Kenya. They are the finest Doctors in the world.”

Sossion further, in jest, told cartoonists – who have always drawn his comic with emphasis on the fat tissue – that they will “have nothing to draw on my forehead anymore!”

He expressed optimism about the growth of the nation’s medical tourism, noting that Kenyan education has generated one of the best doctors.
