Rangers manager, Philippe Clement, has promised to help Cyriel Dessers rediscover his goal scoring form.

Dessers has scored just three times in 15 outings following his arrival at the Ibrox from Italian club, Cremonese, this summer.

The Nigeria international has been widely criticised by Rangers fans.

The 28-year-old also lost his place in the team under previous manager, Michael Beale.

Clement has however vowed to help the striker get back on track.

“I will give him (Dessers) all the tools for that and then, it is about him doing it. That is the same for every player,” Clement told the club’s official website.

“We will give them the tools to get the best out of them,” the new Rangers head coach added.

Rangers will host Hibernian in Clement’s first game in charge on Saturday afternoon.
