Bayern Munich striker, Harry Kane is seeking to win the European Golden Boot for the first time ever.
Kane has scored 17 times already for the Bundesliga side since he arrived from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.
His tally has put him ahead of last season’s winner, Erling Haaland of Manchester City.
Haaland scored a ridiculous 36 goals in his debut campaign for the Premier League champions as they clinched the Treble.
However, he has 13 goals to his name so far this term.
Kane is also ahead of Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe, with the Frenchman also on 13 goals in 11 games.
However, Kane is currently only third in the standings, behind Amahl Pellegrino who plays for Bodo/Glimt (23 goals – 34.5 points) and Akor Adams who has featured for Lillestrom and Montepellier (22 goals* – 36.5 points).
