A date has been set to prosecute Manchester City over alleged breach of 115 Financial Fair Play rules.

According to the Daily Mail, a hearing date has been scheduled for late autumn in 2024.

The three-time champions are accused of breaking 115 regulations across 14 seasons, from the beginning of the 2009/2010 campaign.

The charges were brought against City earlier this year following a five-year probe.

Both the Premier League and the Etihad club have kept quiet ever since the charges were announced in February.

But City have refuted any wrongdoing and manager Guardiola recently hit back at those who have been demanding punishment for City.
