Actor-musician Pascal Tokodi and his wife Grace Ekirapa are not back together.
This is despite recent social media activity suggesting otherwise, painting a picture of togetherness that insiders claim is far from reality.
Nairobi News reported last month that the celebrity couple had begun living apart, with Pascal relocating to Karen while Ekirapa remained in Limuru, their former matrimonial home prior to their separation.

Since the news broke up none of the two is yet to comment on the matter.
However, the two have been sharing posts on their respective social accounts that appear to suggest that the couple are still together.
However, insiders close to the couple reveal that they are still living apart and have only come together to fulfil their endorsement commitments.
“No, Grace and Pascal aren’t back together. To the best of my knowledge, they have not reconciled, however, they have been attempting to paint such a picture on their respective socials and I understand where this is coming from. As a couple they had endorsement deals and contracts have to be respected so they have to do what they have to do,” the source told Nairobi News.
Defending their relationship, Grace told Nairobi News, “[On the matter of if we are together or not] I don’t think that is not something I would want to talk about with someone from outside.”
While Tokodi also responded to the news of their split leaking, saying, “We are actually doing okay. But thanks for asking.”

According to the source social media posts are about capitalising on the public attention.
“They used to share a lot of happy moments together as a couple but what you see now is posts about them with the brands. Have you seen any post recently of them kissing, hugging or serving couple goals as they used to?” the source asked.
Moreover, the source disclosed that Tokodi was blindsided upon learning of Ekirapa’s plans to relocate overseas with their child, further straining their already fractured relationship.
“At some point, Grace was contemplating moving abroad with the baby, a revelation that Pascal only discovered later. His heart was shattered upon realisation. Their journey has taken them down divergent paths, but the intricacies of their personal lives remain known only to them,” the source added.
