Popular Dj Joe Mfalme and his co-accused have been arraigned at the Kibera Law Courts in connection with the alleged fatal assault of Kabete police station detective Felix Kelian.
The police will be seeking time to have the suspects detained pending further probe into the matter.
The DCI has served the lawyers representing the respondents and they have been given a 30-minute break to peruse the documents to argue on the application.
