It’s tragic to hear about the loss of David Nduati in such a senseless altercation.

Gathoni Wamuchomba’s support for the grieving family is commendable, providing comfort and assistance during this difficult time.

The circumstances surrounding David’s death highlight the need for peaceful resolution of conflicts and the avoidance of violence, especially in public spaces. My thoughts are with David’s family and friends as they navigate through this challenging period, and I hope for a swift recovery for Anthony Kamau.

“Nduati’s death is surrounded by political mischief and cover ups that may deny this family justice,” she added.

She urged Inspector of General of Police Japheth Koome to intervene seeing as there were suspicions in how investigations are being handled.

“We agreed to give DCI Team (one week) time to do their investigations which as at today seems shrouded with dubious excuses. My visit to the family this evening reveals much that demands answers from the Investigation team,” Wamuchomba added.

So far, MPs who were at the scene Alice Ng’ang’a and Elijah Njoroge have been grilled by DCI and surrendered their licensed firearms for ballistic analysis.
