Argentina and Spain will play each other in the 2025 Finalissima.

Albiceleste won their second consecutive Copa America trophy on Sunday.

Lautauro Martinez scored the only goal as Argentina defeated Colombia 1-0.

On the other hand, La Roja beat England 2-1 in the final of Euro 2024.

The first-ever Finalissima (or “grand final”) was played in 2022.

Italy and Argentina clashed in the inaugural Finalissima, with the South Americans winning 3-0.

Next year, Lionel Messi is expected to lead his country again, this time against a rising Spain team featuring 17-year-old sensation Lamine Yamal, whom he had met only once in a now-viral photoshoot in 2007.
