A somber atmosphere has engulfed Kimaeti market in Bungoma County following the tragic killing of a security guard.

Initial reports indicate that the victim, identified as Changalwa Nabiswa, was brutally attacked and killed on Monday night. According to police, Changalwa was on duty at a local shopping center when the incident occurred.

Family members were informed of the devastating news during the early hours of the morning. They quickly responded by rushing to a nearby health facility, where they sadly confirmed that Changalwa had succumbed to his injuries.

Investigations into the incident are ongoing, as authorities work to uncover the details surrounding the senseless act of violence.
