The upcoming Blankets and Wine Nairobi festival is set to feature a dynamic lineup of both local and international artists. Scheduled for October 6, 2024, at Laureate Gardens, Moi International Sports Center in Nairobi, the festival promises an exciting experience with two stages showcasing a vibrant mix of talent.

The Blankets Stage will host live performances by South African rapper Nasty C, along with Karun, Sun El Musician x Simmy, Charisma, Fathermoh, Fadhilee Itulya, and Wanjine. Meanwhile, the Onja Onja Stage will feature KMat, DJ Paps, MC Yallah, Simila x Lemi, Hasira Hasara, Goddess, Naisis, Freesia Flow, and Barno on the decks.

Festival head Justine Mbugua announced, “In addition to the amazing lineup, we also have a family zone designed to be a haven for children and their families, with engaging activities and entertainment.”

The Onja Onja market will showcase the skills of local artisans and vendors, offering attendees the chance to explore unique and handcrafted items.

Founded in 2008, Blankets & Wine has grown into an international music festival celebrating emerging and established African artists. The festival aims to create a space where African culture is honored through art, human connections, and lifestyle in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda.
