As Customer Care Week is observed nationwide, residents have been urged to collect their uncollected identification cards, driving licenses, and birth certificates from Huduma Centres.

Speaking during the event in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County Commissioner Eddyson Nyale revealed that over 5,551 identification cards, 6,000 driving licenses, and more than 200 birth certificates remain uncollected at the Huduma Centre.

Nyale stressed that the government incurs significant costs in processing these important documents, and it is vital that they are collected to avoid wastage. He further explained that Eldoret, being strategically located, attracts a large number of applicants for these documents, leading to the accumulation of uncollected items.
