Pritty Vishy has clashed with Chebet Ronoh after Ronoh made remarks suggesting that women who undergo cosmetic procedures do not love themselves.

Vishy, who has undergone liposuction and BBL, responded strongly, saying Ronoh’s comments were unfair and dismissive toward women who choose surgery for their own reasons.

Vishy on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, said it was wrong for Ronoh to judge others based on choices she personally disagrees with. According to Vishy, the decision to undergo a cosmetic procedure does not mean someone lacks self-love, and people should respect the different ways women choose to take care of their bodies.

Vishy says Ronoh’s claims are unfair

In her response, Pritty Vishy said, “Imagine telling someone she doesn’t love herself because she has done what you can’t do (surgery). You being against it is cool coz I mean it’s not by force but ‘you can’t tell me you love yourself and you have gone under a knife’ is just wild, anyway tengezeni content my loves.” Her message was that women should not be shamed for making choices that work for them.

Ronoh’s remarks

Ronoh had earlier shared her views, saying she does not believe anyone who undergoes cosmetic procedures loves themselves. She said she feels healthy people could find solutions through natural methods instead of surgery.

Ronoh said, “No one is convincing me they love themselves if they do a cosmetic procedure. More so if you are a very healthy person who could have just gone to the gym or been on a calorie deficit. For one year only, and you are good to go.”

Her statement did not sit well with people like Vishy, who felt her message was too harsh, especially toward women who undergo procedures for personal reasons, health, confidence, or physical changes they want to make.

Vishy said the most important thing is that each person makes choices that feel right for them. She argued that self-love looks different for everyone and should not be judged by one standard.

While Ronoh stands by her belief in natural methods, Vishy insists that women deserve respect and space to make their own choices without being told they do not love themselves.
