Social media influencer Christine Irungu, widely known as Kris Baby, has opened up about motherhood and her decision to keep her family life away from social media.
Speaking during an interview with local YouTubers on Friday, January 30, 2026, Kris Baby, when asked whether she plans to post her child online, was clear that she does not think she would post him.
She explained that privacy is important to her and that not everything in her life needs to be shared with the public.
“No, I do not think so,” Kris Baby said.
Asked why she chooses to keep her family private, Kris Baby said she wants to have something personal to go back to, away from the internet.
“I got have something to go back to, niki share hii yote kwa mtandao what do I have to go back to? I have must something personal for me and also what I choice to share is what people should take hiyo yengine haiwahusu,” she stated.
She added that her family life will remain private and that only what she decides to show online is what the public will get to enjoy.
“My family stays private na chenye mimi nawaonyesha that is what you get to enjoy,” Kris Baby added.

Motherhood
In addition, Kris Baby also spoke lovingly about motherhood, describing it as a beautiful experience.
“I love being a mom. I have my baby boy, so handsome, it is such a beautiful feeling,” she said.
The influencer also revealed that becoming a mother was something she had planned for. She noted that she had always wanted to have a child by the age of 28 and is turning 28 this year.
“I have always said that I want a kid by 28 and I am turning 28 this year,” she disclosed.

She described the overwhelming love she felt from the moment she met him, explaining that she chose to keep the moment private for a while as she embraced her new journey into motherhood.
