US-based TikTok content creator Arnold Malcolm has cautioned goons planning to disrupt the planned Linda Mwananchi rally in Kakamega on Saturday, February 21, 2026, to cancel their plans or face undesirable and unspecified consequences.
In a video shared on his TikTok account on Friday, February 20, 2026, the content creator stated that genuine Kenyans want the meeting to be peaceful, but goons may be keen on turning it chaotic.
He cautioned anyone with plans to attend the rally with the intention of causing chaos not to go as residents are keen on having a peaceful rally anchored in law and order.
“Kama wewe ni goon na unaenda Kakamega tafadhali usiende. Watu wa Kakamega wamesema wakikumark kama wewe ni goon hautatoka Kakamega,” Malcom said.

This loosely translates to: If you are a goon intending to come to Kakamega, please cancel your plan. Residents have said that anyone marked as a goon will not make it out of the county.

He claimed that people have been stationed at strategic places to identify goons keen on causing chaos, claiming that the goons will not make it out of Kakamega.
“Wanawangoja jo, na unajua saa hii watu wako stationed mahali, kuna tu watu wamewekwa wa kuspot magoons (They are on high alert and people have been stationed to spot goons),” he added.
The TikToker claimed that residents who are on high alert want to know if two million goons will make it for the rally and are een on maintaining peace even as they ward off any attempts to cause chaos.

Kakamega will be the centre of action as the Linda Mwananchibrigade led by Orange Democratic Movement Secretary General Edwin Sifuna, Babu Owino and James Orengo camp in the county.
Tens of politicians have warmed up to the political formation, signalling growing opposition to President William Ruto’s bid for a second term.
