Social media personality and influencer Diana Kemunto has opened up about the relationship agreement she personally drafted while dating singer Ian Okwemba Oure, widely known as Iyanii.
Speaking during a candid conversation with media personality Alex Mwakideu in an episode aired on Thursday, March 12, 2026, Kemunto revealed the emotional and practical reasoning behind it.
She explained that she created the agreement shortly after her birthday earlier this year, when she began noticing certain issues in the relationship.
“Hii agreement, I am the one who drafted it. The moment I started seeing things were not going to work between us, because I was complaining in a good way that I wanted him to do things with me, I was ready to contribute if it was too much on your end,” Kemunto revealed.
“We are in a relationship, and that means it is about you and me.”
In addition, the influencer described the rules she set regarding the public aspect of their relationship.
“I told him this: if we ever get to a point where we want to separate, you have already made me public; our relationship is out there, and people are expecting updates. Why is Ian not posting Kemunto, and why is Kemunto not posting or has unfollowed Ian?” she added.
Kemunto emphasised that she personally initiated these boundaries to avoid misunderstandings.

Official breakup
Reflecting on the end of the relationship, Kemunto revealed the timeline and what contributed.

She noted that although the breakup happened in January and took five months to fully process, she had been willing to take things further.
