Suspect on the run after stabbing bodaboda rider to death in Narok

Police in Olulunga, Narok South, are investigating an incident in which a 26-year-old man was stabbed to death in Olepolos area.

Confirming the incident, Narok Police Commander Patrick Lobolia said the deceased was on his way home with three other people when they boarded a motorcycle at Oloshapani at around 7:30 pm on Tuesday.

Upon reaching Olepolos, one of the passengers reportedly fell off the motorcycle, leading to an argument between the rider and one of the passengers.

During the confrontation, the suspect allegedly stabbed the rider on the left side of the chest, arm, and back, killing him on the spot.

A boda boda rider later reported the incident at Olololunga Police Station.

The body of the deceased has been moved to Narok County Referral Hospital Mortuary awaiting post-mortem examination, while police continue to hunt for the suspect.
