Businesswoman and social media personality Amira has shared a strong message to women about rebuilding confidence and identity.

She spoke about how many women lose touch with their confident selves due to life pressures. Amira explained that confidence is not lost but often buried under different life experiences.

“You didn’t lose your se*y. You abandoned it,” Amira said on Monday, May 4, 2026.

She explained that many women give up their confidence while trying to survive different situations in life. Amira said this can happen in relationships, jobs, and daily responsibilities. She added that people often change themselves to make others comfortable.

“You traded it for survival, for a relationship, for a job, for a version of you that made others more comfortable,” she said.

Amira went on to explain that confidence is not only about appearance. She said it is more about attitude and courage. According to her, many women are taught to hide their boldness and express themselves less.

“Because se*y isn’t just about looks; it’s about nerve,” Amira said.

Reclaiming identity and confidence

She added that society often teaches women to be quiet and careful in how they express themselves. Amira said this leads many to lose their natural confidence over time. She explained that this affects how women see themselves in daily life.

Amira said reclaiming confidence is not about changing appearance but returning to a stronger version of oneself. She explained that it is about remembering the energy and presence a person once had. According to her, this version of self is powerful and noticeable.

She added that many women have hidden parts of themselves due to life experiences. Amira mentioned heartbreak, trauma, motherhood, and work pressure as some of the causes. She said these experiences often reduce confidence and self-expression.

“Where is she? Buried under heartbreak, under trauma, under motherhood, under weight gain, under the job that keeps stealing your time and giving you nothing that makes your skin tingle,” she said.

Amira encouraged women to rebuild that lost confidence. She said the process requires self-awareness and courage. According to her, it is about becoming bold again in how one lives and expresses themselves.
