Bishop Kiengei’s former wife, Keziah wa Kariuki, has broken her silence over her marital status, publicly confirming that her marriage to George Njoroge is over.
Keziah was previously married to Bishop Kiengei before that union came to an end. Years later, she moved on with businessman George Njoroge and wedded in a colourful wedding at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Parish, Ridgeways, Nairobi, on December 22, 2021. But a few months later, in 2022, rumours started circulating that they were no longer together.
The gospel singer-turned-influencer, who relocated to the US in early 2025, kept details of her failed marriage under wraps until September 12, 2026, when she opened up about it.
In a video shared on Facebook, Keziah came out swinging at followers who kept pressing her about her love life, making it clear she had no interest in entertaining the questions any further.
“I’m mad. I’m wondering why people are so much into my business. They keep asking if I’m married, who I am married to…why do you care? I’m single, happy and nimeolewa ya kutosha. Stop asking about my life and mind about your own life,” she said in the clip.

Despite the firm tone, the content creator also revealed she is not entirely over the chapter just yet. In a more candid moment during the same video, she acknowledged the process of moving on takes time.
“Muachane na mimi ni heal pole pole ata sijamaliza dose ya pili…” she added, suggesting she is still midway through whatever personal journey the split has set her on.
The fact that Keziah felt compelled to address the matter so directly suggests the speculation had been building for some time. Her frustration at the repeated questions was plain to see, and her message to fans was simple: back off and let her live.
