Chebet Ronoh has opened up about her height, revealing that she tells people she is 5 feet 9 inches tall even though she is actually 6 feet tall because she wants to make them feel comfortable.

The content creator explained that people who watch her videos may not realise how tall she is because most of her content features her head as she speaks directly to the camera. She said this has made it difficult for people to see her full appearance.

“I am extremely tall. I am 5,9. I just say 5,9 but I am 6. I say 5,9 to make people feel okay,” Chebet Ronoh said on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Ronoh explained that she has been tall since childhood and that her height is something she has always known about herself. She noted that because she mostly talks in her videos, viewers rarely get to see her full body.

“And because most of my videos are just of my head, because I am mostly talking, people don’t get to see my full body,” Ronoh said.

Ronoh opens up about her personality

Despite being comfortable speaking in front of a camera, Ronoh said she is an introvert who enjoys spending time alone. She explained that being someone who talks a lot in her videos does not mean she always wants to be around other people.

The content creator said she enjoys her own company and values the time she spends by herself, describing solitude as something she loves.

“So yeah. As much as I talk into the camera, I’m very introverted. I love myself. I love me alone. I love my solitude,” Ronoh said.

Her latest remarks come after she opened up about her struggle with doing too much for other people, revealing that she had developed what she described as an addiction to overfunctioning in her relationships.

Ronoh explained that this involved taking on responsibilities for others, including paying bills, arranging spaces and being kind to abusive people to maintain connections. She said she eventually recognised the pattern and decided to take a break from people, alcohol, sex and dating.

“It also dawned on me that I had an addiction to overfunctioning with people, always sorting the bill, curating the space, being nice to abusive people to stay connected,” Chebet Ronoh wrote on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
