Nairobi content creator Chief Bernard has taken to TikTok to publicly threaten legal action against media personality Oga Obinna, after Obinna allegedly claimed on his Riba show that Bernard could be the biological father of celebrated musician Stivo Simple Boy’s son, Dragon Junior.
The video, posted on September 18, 2026, shows a visibly furious Bernard filming himself outdoors under a wooden pergola, speaking directly to camera in a slow, deliberate tone that underscored the seriousness of his message.
His anger appeared to stem from two things: the paternity allegation itself, and what he described as a failure to address him with the proper respect his title commands.
“When you address me, address me as Dr Chief Bernard,” he said, making clear he took personal offence at being spoken about casually on Obinna’s platform.
Rather than simply denying the claims, Bernard issued a challenge. He said he was willing to appear alongside Stivo Simple Boy for a DNA test to settle the matter once and for all, but only on his own terms.
He warned that if the results confirm he is not the child’s father, Obinna and any content creators who amplified the story would face lawsuits and potential jail time.
He also accused those involved of already having broken up Stivo Simple Boy’s marriage, a charge he appeared to lay squarely at the feet of Obinna’s online commentary.
“You have already broken Stevo Simple Boy’s marriage,” he said, warning that interfering in people’s relationships carries consequences.
Bernard doubled down on his legal threats, stating he would pursue Obinna first, then work his way through every content creator who engaged with the story.
He even pledged to buy Stivo Simple Boy a Mazda CX-5 and cover legal costs out of the lawsuit proceeds should he win.
