A prominent figure in Kenya’s medical fraternity is officially off the market.
Doctor Kelvin Rotich, widely known as CK Rotich, held his Koito ceremony last Saturday, marking the start of a new chapter with his partner in a celebration attended by family, friends and colleagues from the medical sector.

Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) boss Davji Bhimji Atellah shared the news on Facebook on Wednesday, September 16, in a heartfelt tribute that quickly drew attention from across the medical community.
Atellah closed his tribute with a blessing for the newlyweds, expressing hope that their union would be guided by love, friendship and a lasting legacy.
Beyond the personal milestone, the post also shone a light on Rotich’s long-standing dedication to the union.
He served four years as Kericho County Liaison and five years as South Rift Branch Chairman before transitioning into his current role as a trusted adviser to KMPDU.
His contributions to the union and the broader medical profession have clearly left a lasting impression on those he has worked alongside.
