DP Gachagua Invites Kisii Leaders To Work With Government

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua now says doors are open for leaders who are ready to work with the Kenya Kwanza government.

Speaking on Monday at the Harambee House, where he hosted a delegation of leaders from Kisii,  Gachagua reiterated the Kenya Kwanza quest for inclusivity and said that no part of Kenya will be left behind in developments.

According to the DP, who hosted the caucus of leaders for what was said to be consultations on the region’s development agenda, the government will be working with all leaders regardless of their political affiliations.

“President William Ruto has opened the door for those ready to work with his administration because his sole interest is to ensure development in every part of the country,” the DP said.

Among those present were: Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu, National Assembly Majority Whip Sylvanus Osoro, MPs Innocent Obiri (Bobasi, Wiper), Steve Mogaka (West Mugirango, Jubilee), Patrick Osero (Borabu, ODM), Charles Onchoke (Bonchari, UPA), Daniel Manduku (Nyaribari Masaba, ODM), Anthony Kibagendi (Kitutu Chache SouthJerusha Momanyi (Nyamira County MP, Jubilee), Doris Donya (Kisii County MP, Wiper), Alfa Miruka (Bomachoge Chache, UDA), Japhet Nyakundi (Kitutu Chache North, UDA), Joash Nyamoko (North Mugirango, UDA) Essy Okenyuri (Nominated Senator, UDA) and Gloria Orwoba (Nominated Senator, UDA).

The leaders pledged their support for the administration saying different political associations will not stop them from working with the government.
