The Premier League has confirmed that Anthony Taylor has been appointed the referee for Manchester City’s Premier League tie with Arsenal on Sunday at Etihad.

In a post via its website on Tuesday, the English top-flight league also announced that Taylor will be assisted by Gary Beswick and Adam Nunn.

While Jarred Gillett has been appointed as the lead VAR for the match, with Darren Cann his assistant.

Arsenal currently top the Premier League table with goal difference ahead of second placed Liverpool.

Man City, meanwhile, sit in third position with one point behind the leaders.

The kick-off time for the match is 4.30 pm.
