Musambi, in a statement on Tuesday, March 21, said the Head of State had appointed him as Director of Coordination in the Office of State House Spokesperson.

The journalist, who unsuccessfully contested for the Kitui Central parliamentary seat in the last general election, thanked President Ruto for the appointment and pledged to serve with dedication.

“Wow! Just wow! My immeasurable gratitude to God and you Mr. President, for my appointment as Director Coordination, Office of State House Spokesperson. I promise my full dedication and loyalty to you and all Kenyans,” Musambi said in a statement shared on Facebook.
