Former “America’s Got Talent” contestant Deshundre “Dre” Vinson has been arr£sted and charged with first-degree m¥rd£r and three counts of aggr@vated child @büs£ following the d£ath of his four-year-old nephew in Tennessee.

Vinson, 22, was arrested on September 2 in Chattanooga and is being held on a $750,000 bond. He is due in court on Tuesday, September 8.

The charges stem from an August 16 incident at an apartment complex swimming pool, where the boy reportedly entered the water and became submerged for about nine minutes before being rescued and given CPR.

According to local reports, the child was taken to hospital and remained in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for five days before he d!£d.

Detectives allege Vinson was responsible for supervising the child, his six-year-old brother and other children at the time. Investigators said he allowed them to walk to the pool without adult supervision.

Vinson is a member of R&B trio CitiLimitz, alongside his twin cousins Amari and Amarion. The group reached the semifinals of “America’s Got Talent” Season 20 in 2025 and previously appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
