The exchange came after a post where she shared her thoughts on confidence and her personal journey. She made it clear she is not affected by body-shaming remarks.

She responded by saying she does not struggle with insecurity and fully accepts herself. She explained that her confidence comes from self-acceptance and discipline. She added that people should not assume she is pressured by beauty standards.
“I don’t suffer from insecurities, my friend, I’m wonderfully made,” Nurse Judy said.
Confidence, beauty and personal choices
She went on to compare her lifestyle choices with those who choose cosmetic surgery. She said that while some people spend money on surgeries, she focuses on building her financial future. She explained that her priorities are different and grounded in long-term goals.
“While people invest in surgeries to get my type of body, I invest my money in building wealth,” Nurse Judy said.
She also described how she views her natural features, saying she is comfortable with her appearance. She explained that she embraces her body shape and does not feel the need to change it. She added that confidence is about acceptance, not comparison.
