The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) says it has hit 75 per cent of its target in the ongoing enhanced continuous voter registration exercise, which is set to end on Tuesday.
In its latest update, the commission said it had registered 1,876,274 new voters since the exercise began on March 30, representing 75 per cent of the 2.5 million target for the current phase.
IEBC said 505,344 new voters were registered between April 17 and April 23.
