Kendall Jenner has praised her younger sister Kylie Jenner following her historic debut at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, where she modelled the brand’s Ksh 6.5 billion Fantasy Bra.
Kendall shared her reaction in an Instagram Story on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, posting a video of Kylie modelling the lingerie piece and describing her sister as her “perfect baby sister”.
The 30-year-old supermodel has previously walked in three Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows, making her familiar with the experience of appearing on the runway.
However, she was not among those who watched Kylie’s debut from the front row, where their mother, Kris Jenner, and Kylie’s boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, were present.
Kylie makes history with Fantasy Bra
Kylie’s appearance marked her first time walking in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She also became the first model who was not a Victoria’s Secret Angel to wear the brand’s iconic Fantasy Bra.
The 29-year-old joined a list of prominent models who have worn the special lingerie piece over the years, including Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio.
The Fantasy Bra tradition had been on an eight-year break before Kylie’s appearance brought it back into the spotlight. Kendall’s most recent appearance at the show was in 2018, when Elsa Hosk wore that year’s Fantasy Bra.
Why Victoria’s Secret chose Kylie
Victoria’s Secret chief creative officer Adam Selman explained that Kylie’s influence across fashion, entertainment and popular culture made her a suitable choice for the show.
Speaking to Vogue in an interview published on October 18, 2026, Selman said Kylie’s reach extended beyond a single industry, making her a good fit for the event’s entertainment-focused approach.
“Kylie really extends beyond fashion, beyond culture, beyond TV, beyond one singular thing,” he said.
Selman added that the show was designed to celebrate fandom and entertainment, describing Kylie as a strong fit for that vision. He also called the pairing of Kylie and the Fantasy Bra an interesting one, saying it offered an opportunity to celebrate the tradition in a way audiences might not expect.
Kylie celebrates the milestone
Kylie also expressed her excitement about the moment on social media. Sharing photos from the show on Instagram on October 19, the Kylie Cosmetics founder wrote, “Pinch me.”
In a separate post, she described the experience as one she would always remember. “STILL DREAMING,” she wrote. “A moment I’ll never forget.”
Her appearance added another milestone to the Jenner sisters’ fashion careers, with Kendall having already established herself on the Victoria’s Secret runway and Kylie now making her own mark on the show.
