Kennedy Rapudo clearly has not given up on growing his family, but Amber Ray had a very sharp response ready for him.
The popular Kenyan socialite and her partner were caught in a playful but pointed exchange after she returned from Istanbul, Turkey, where she underwent three cosmetic procedures in September 2026.
In one sitting, Amber had breast augmentation to restore fullness following breastfeeding, liposuction 360 targeting her midsection, and a calf fat transfer using the fat removed during the lipo. She also underwent an aesthetic dental makeover involving 21 teeth.
And if that were not enough, she has flagged a double-chin reduction procedure once she finishes recovering.
Does Rapudo want another child with Amber Ray?
So when Rapudo decided to tease her about having another baby in the middle of all that, Amber was having absolutely none of it.
“Baba Africanah, leave me alone. Giving you another child is something that will be hard to convince me to do. We have enough kids — two boys and two girls — and that is more than enough. After all those processes, why would you think I would agree to carry another pregnancy? Even you are complaining about helping me put on my recovery brace,” Amber said.
It is worth noting that Rapudo had initially been reluctant about the surgeries altogether, telling Amber she was already beautiful before she went under the knife. Despite those reservations, he showed up at the airport with a bouquet to welcome her home and has been helping her through the recovery process, recovery brace and all.
His support during recovery has not, however, cooled his enthusiasm for expanding the family. Rapudo kept the teasing going, making clear he still wants more children.
“I heard you say that this is your summer body; just wait and see,” he said with a grin.
The couple shares a daughter, Africanah, and both have children from previous relationships, bringing their blended family to a total of four children. Rapudo has on several occasions hinted at wanting a younger brother for Africanah in particular.
Amber’s position has shifted over time. She once joked she would consider another pregnancy if Rapudo bought her a luxurious mansion, and at another point she suggested she might be open to it given how well he treats her.
This time around, fresh out of surgery and still strapped into a recovery brace, she appears to have drawn a firm line.
