TV Journalist Muthoni Mukiri has announced the arrival of her baby to her online followers.
Through her social media platforms, the former Inooro TV journalist said her son came a few weeks ago.
Mukiiri’s son is called Zen.
She shared a cute video of her holding hands with her husband Ng’ang’a with a cute caption that read:
“Welcome to our world – Zen Ng’ang’a Njoroge.The past couple of weeks have been pure bliss since you came into our lives. #purebundleofjoy #latestadditiontothefamily #motherhood #parenthood,” she said.
Muthoni has announced the good news with her fans just days after she revealed the gender of her child during her baby shower which was organised by her friends in the industry.
Among those who attended the baby shower were, celebrities, Shiks Kapyenga, Lillian Muli, Teacher Wanjiku among others. In one of the photos, she wrote:
“Oh boy #babyshower.”
In yet another photo, she described her friends as her family.
“My Family #babyng’ang’a#babyshower.”
Her baby shower came a few weeks after her baby moon.
Mukiri announced that she is expecting her first child in January.
The former prime-time news anchor and her husband Isaac celebrated their first marriage anniversary in November 2022.
The two lovebirds got married in a lavish wedding ceremony in November 2021.
Through her Instagram stories, Muthoni penned a cute message to her hubby thanking God for the amazing one year.
“Awwww! can’t believe it’s 12 months already… God has been faithful. It’s been an amazing first year with My ride or die.”
