Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has expressed happiness following his team’s Nations League victory over Portugal on Sunday.

Recall that Portugal came from a goal down to beat Scotland 2-1 at the weekend.

Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes scored the goals for Portugal against Scotland, while Scott McTominay scored for the visitors in Lisbon.

Before the Scotland game, Ronaldo had led Portugal to beat Croatia 2-1.

Reacting, the Al Nassr forward, in a tweet on X after the game, thanked Portugal fans for their support.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner wrote: “Two games, two wins. Thanks for all the support, Portugal!”

Portugal’s next game is against Poland in October.
