Media personality Oga Obinna has revealed that his mother is not fully convinced about his relationship with singer Miss P, despite the pair continuing to spark dating rumours online.
The entertainer shared the details during a recent live YouTube session on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, where he openly spoke about how his family has reacted to the growing speculation surrounding him and the singer. According to Obinna, his mother recently reached out to him through a voice note, showing concern over the situation.
Obinna explained that while his mother did not directly tell him to end the friendship or possible relationship, she admitted that the matter had been bothering her for some time.
“She told me she had been thinking about it a lot and felt she needed to talk to me. She said she did not want to interfere with my life, but as a mother, she felt concerned,” Obinna said.
In the audio, the mother expressed herself speaking in Luo, “There’s something in my heart that has been bothering me, and as my child and my friend, I want to tell you. This issue with this new girl is stressing me. I don’t want to interfere, but the decision is yours,” she said
The confession immediately sparked reactions online, especially among fans who have been following the pair’s public interactions over the past few months.
