Popular Kenyan TikTok personality Patrick Mbacio, widely known by his online alias The Patrick The Truth, has gone public with a desperate appeal for financial assistance, asking the many women he once hosted and created content with to come to his aid.
In a video shared on TikTok, Mbacio filmed himself indoors in what looks like a simple bedroom, a hanging jacket and curtain visible in the background.
The clip carries the feel of a livestream, with bold captions and an inset image of cash held in hand, underscoring the urgency of his message.
Mbacio addressed the women he had previously hosted, urging them to return even a small amount of money so he could purchase medication.
