On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, President William Ruto chaired a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Parliamentary Group meeting at State House in Nairobi.

The primary agenda was the Finance Bill 2024, which is scheduled to be tabled in Parliament later that afternoon. The meeting saw the participation of key Kenya Kwanza legislators, led by Senate Majority Leader Aaron Cheruiyot and National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichungwah.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was also present at the meeting. Further details are expected to follow later.
