Pritty Vishy has said she will never be ashamed of using Ozempic and undergoing cosmetic procedures as part of her body transformation.
On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, the influencer made it clear that her decision was personal and based on her own experience. She explained that she chose to take control of how she looks and feels after struggling with her body image.
“I myself know what I went through being this me that I was so to each with their own darling,” Pritty Vishy said.
She explained that she reached a point where she could no longer rely on body positivity alone. She said she made a deliberate choice to change her body in a way that would make her feel better about herself. She added that people may judge her, but she stands by her decision.
“I got tired of covering myself with body positivity and chose to do what I had to do to find my spark,” she said.

Pritty Vishy further stated that she has no regrets about the path she has taken. She said the criticism does not affect her because she is focused on her own happiness. She explained that her goal was to feel confident again, and she believes she has achieved that.
“You can judge me for as long as you want, but hunny, I will NEVER REGRET choosing how I want to see and feel about myself,” she said.
Her decision and ongoing journey
She also addressed the use of Ozempic and surgery, saying she is open about the steps she has taken. She explained that she is not hiding anything about her transformation and wants to be honest about her journey. She added that she has no shame in the choices she has made.
“Ooooh, and yes, I will never be ashamed of using Ozempic and going under the kn*fe,” Pritty Vishy said.
This comes after the influencer confirmed on April 20, 2026, that she had undergone arm liposuction and breast enhancement. She shared clips on her social media platforms showing the early stages of her recovery. She explained that the process has not been easy, but it is part of her plan.

Pritty Vishy also revealed that her transformation has come at a high cost. She said she has spent over Ksh1.5 million on her surgical journey. She explained that the financial and physical demands have been significant, but she was prepared for them.
