Kenyan content creator and upcoming socialite Pritty Vishy has offered fans a fresh update on her recovery journey, seven weeks after undergoing arm brachioplasty and a natural boob lift without implants.
In her update, shared on Instagram on Sunday, May 31, 2026, she explained that her healing is still ongoing and that patience is key before judging the outcome. According to her, the swelling is still present, and the real transformation will take time to fully show.
“Wale wa my arms hazina difference, uwanja ni wenu,” she told her critics.
“Imagine my arms are still swollen, but by the time I’m 5-6 months, the full arm results will be,” she said.
Vishy also addressed doubts she faced before the procedure, revealing that not everyone believed her desired results were possible without implants. She says she was initially discouraged by a medical opinion that pushed her toward implants, something she was not willing to consider.
“A certain surgeon once told me my boobs couldn’t be lifted naturally unless I got implants, which I didn’t want. 😭😂”
However, she says a second opinion changed everything, giving her confidence to proceed with a natural approach that has so far delivered promising results. She now believes choosing the right specialist made all the difference.
“I got a second opinion, and my doctor assured me it was very much possible. Well… 6 weeks later, the results speak for themselves! 😍✨”
Wrapping up her message, Vishy emphasised satisfaction with her decision and encouraged others not to settle when uncertain about medical advice, especially when it comes to cosmetic procedures.

On April 20, 2026, Pritty Vishy confirmed that she had undergone arm liposuction and breast enhancement. She also shared videos documenting parts of her recovery, giving followers a close-up view of what the process looks like beyond the glam social media posts.
“This latest procedure comes about a year after her major body transformation in 2025, when she went through a ‘liposuction 360’ and a tummy tuck to reshape her body,” she noted in previous updates, marking this as part of a longer and ongoing transformation journey.
Over time, Vishy has not shied away from discussing the cost of her procedures, openly revealing that she has spent more than Ksh1.5 million on different cosmetic surgeries in her bid to reshape her body and rebuild her confidence.
