Social media personality Pritty Vishy has revealed she is back in recovery after undergoing a second round of intensive cosmetic surgery.
The influencer, who rose to fame as a digital creator, confirmed to her followers on April 20, 2026, that she has opted for arm liposuction and breast enhancement.
The announcement was accompanied by clips shared on her social media platforms documenting the early stages of her post-operative journey.
“@tresbeau_medicalgroup made me do it..no more big arms and fallen soldiers 😂💃💃,” Vishy captioned a video of herself showing off before and after surgery transformation.
This latest move comes just a year after her initial major transformation in 2025, when she underwent “liposuction 360” and a tummy tuck to alter her silhouette.
Vishy has been remarkably candid about the financial and physical toll of her body goals. She previously disclosed that she had invested over Ksh1.5 million into her surgical journey.
While rumors had circulated in early 2026 suggesting she had also undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), Vishy recently set the record straight, admitting she “played along” with the speculation to boost her engagement and views, while in reality, she had only focused on her midsection.

Speaking on her motivations, Vishy has frequently cited a desire to move past years of public body shaming. She noted that the procedures have served as a significant boost to her self-confidence after facing online scrutiny.
However, the path to her “new look” hasn’t been without its dangers. During her first round of surgery, the influencer suffered significant health scares, including edema (severe swelling) and intense pain that forced her to return to the hospital shortly after being discharged.
Despite those previous complications, Vishy appears determined to complete her transformation. Her latest social media updates show her in recovery once more, sporting bandages as she heals from the arm and breast contouring.
The influencer’s decision to document the “unfiltered” side of cosmetic surgery—including the pain and hospital visits—has sparked a wider conversation in Kenya regarding the growing trend of elective procedures among the country’s digital elite.
