President William Ruto has touched down in Mwanza, Tanzania, ahead of the much-anticipated wedding of Charlene, with Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi capturing the arrival on camera and sharing it online.

In the video Sudi posted, the two men walk along a paved courtyard outside a modern multi-storey building with a yellowish facade. Sudi is dressed in a white long-sleeve button-up shirt, dark trousers and white sneakers.

Is Ruto in Tanzania?

Ruto stands beside him in a matching light beige short-sleeve shirt and trousers, paired with brown shoes and a light-coloured fedora-style hat, with his hands at his sides.

Tall flagpoles rise in the background, with a green flag visible, alongside a stone wall and lush greenery. A man in a dark suit can be seen standing near the building entrance behind them.

In the video, the president and Sudi are in conversation with another man. Nick Ruto was spotted close by during the exchange.

The president called him over, and Nick quickly ran to his father to hand him a phone before the moment passed. In his caption, Sudi confirmed that the group was already in Mwanza, the Tanzanian city where the wedding festivities are set to take place.
