A Cyriel Dessers double saw Rangers zoom into the final of the Scottish Cup with a 2-0 victory over Hearts.

Dessers gave Rangers the lead as early as the fifth minute.

Todd Cantwell picked out Dessers inside the box and the Nigeria international dribbled past Nathaniel Atkinson before burying a low strike into the bottom corner.

Dessers scored the second goal 12 minutes from time.

Cantwell was again the provider slotting home from inside the box.

It was the forward’s 19th goal of the season.

Rangers will face Celtic in the final next month.
