Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna is on Friday expected to unveil the Linda Mwananchi Movement’s national headquarters in Nairobi as well as the secretariat, as the political outfit steps up efforts to establish its structures ahead of the 2027 General Election.

Among those in attendance include Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka, DCP’s Rigathi Gachagua, DAP-K’s Eugene Wamalwa and Embakasi East MP Babu Owino.

The event will also see the unveiling of the movement’s presidential campaign command centre and the naming of some members of its national leadership.

The exercise marks another step in the movement’s efforts to organise its national operations as it prepares to expand its presence across the country.

The outfit has also lined up political mobilisation activities in different parts of the country, beginning with a rally in Kwale County on Saturday, October 31.

The developments come as political formations begin positioning themselves and building alliances ahead of the 2027 General Election.
