Oga Obinna’s baby mama, Tallie, has hit back at claims that women on social media influenced her decisions amid their ongoing dispute over their daughter.

Tallie, popularly known as Mama Ella, said it was Obinna who sent her a text message telling her to pack and leave, disputing his claims that online friends were giving her bad advice.

In a statement addressing the issue on Sunday, October 26, 2026, Tallie questioned whether the people Obinna was blaming had been responsible for the message she received.

“Social media ‘friends’ are not the ones that sent me a text message telling me to pack and leave, did they?” she said.

Her response comes after Obinna criticised women on social media whom he accused of influencing Tallie and giving her advice that could affect their daughter’s life.

The comedian said he was concerned that their child could suffer because of decisions influenced by people who might not have her best interests at heart.

Obinna also outlined two options he said he had presented to Tallie regarding their daughter’s living arrangements.

He claimed their daughter’s needs were being met in the current arrangement, including attending an international school. He also said Tallie could leave with the child while he retained access and arranged to spend time with her on weekends.

Obinna maintained that his ability to provide for the child was tied to having access to her.

Tallie’s latest remarks challenge his account of what led to the dispute, placing the focus on the alleged text message rather than the influence of her online friends.

Tallie’s plea for financial independence

The disagreement follows an emotional TikTok livestream on Friday, October 23, during which Tallie broke down while speaking about the challenges of raising their daughter.

Tallie said she had been sending out her CV in search of stable employment but had yet to secure a job. She also said she had been approaching brands for content-creation partnerships.

She expressed her desire to rebuild her pyjamas business from home so she could support herself and her daughter.

Tallie emphasised that she wanted an opportunity to become financially independent rather than handouts.

“I don’t stand to benefit from anything that is meant for my child,” she said.

She also spoke about the emotional toll of online bullying, saying comments about her appearance, hair and nose had affected her.

Tallie thanked people who sent her financial contributions during the livestream as she appealed for support to restart her business.

The latest exchange between the two has drawn attention to their differing accounts of the circumstances surrounding their living arrangements and their daughter’s future.
