“I’ve been over here minding my own business, eating real good,” Tatiana Karanja said.

Karanja shared that the comment she saw suggested that people who praised her appearance were not honest and that she needed to eat more carbohydrates. She said the message was written in a disrespectful tone and targeted her body.

“Someone commented on my post the other day saying, ‘people saying I look good are liars, and that I need to eat carbs, Jesus,” Tatiana Karanja said.

Tatiana Karanja has already been open about her weight loss journey. She said she chose to speak about it publicly after many people asked questions. According to her, she wanted to clarify her process and stop speculation about her body changes. She also highlighted that her journey involves medical support and personal commitment.

She said her experience includes discipline, health focus, and long-term lifestyle changes. Her message emphasised that the process is not simple or quick.

“I completely reject this,” Tatiana Karanja said.

Karanja also reflected on her life experiences, including pregnancy and recovery, explaining that she has worked hard to regain her health each time. She said her focus is now on overall wellness, including better sleep and improved mental health.

According to her, these changes are part of her daily routine and require consistency. She added that her journey is still ongoing and not something that happens overnight.

“This has never been a shortcut,” Tatiana Karanja said.
