Transfer: You’ve gotten rid of Ronaldo’s big ego – Man Utd warned against signing Brazilian attacker

Former Aston Villa striker, Gabriel Agbonlahor, has warned Manchester United against signing Brazilian attacker Neymar Jr.

Agbonlahor referenced Cristiano Ronaldo’s return to Old Trafford to state that Manchester United should not sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain.

Neymar has been heavily linked with a move to Man United this summer.

But Agbonlahor believes it makes no sense for the Red Devils to sign the former Barcelona forward.

“It just doesn’t make sense. You have already gotten rid of a big ego in Cristiano Ronaldo, why would you bring in another?

“It would be bad for the dressing room. There is a reason why PSG want him out, so if I am Man United, I am staying far, far away from a deal for Neymar – even if he is really talented,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider.
