Two Women Arrested With Cocaine Worth Ksh.490K In Mombasa

Police in Mombasa have arrested two women over possession of narcotic drugs in Kisauni, Utange area.

According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations/ (DCI), the two suspects, Amina Musa Chirunga and Saumu Ali Khamis, were nabbed with sachets of cocaine estimated to be worth Ksh.495,000.

“Acting on a tip-off, police cordoned the house of the two suspects, Amina Musa Chirunga and Saumu Ali Khamis, where upon search the nose candy estimated at a street value of Ksh.495,000 was discovered,” said the DCI.

That suspects are set to be arraigned Monday.
