Manchester United were on Tuesday night, eliminated from the Champions League after they lost 1-0 to Bayern Munich in their final group game.

The Red Devils needed to win and hope that FC Copenhagen play out a draw with Galatasaray, so they can qualify for the Round of 16.

However, they failed to produce a strong performance at Old Trafford. They dropped out of Europe completely.

Kingsley Coman scored the decisive goal, collecting a pass from Harry Kane to calmly slot past Andre Onana in the 70th minute.

Copenhagen finished in second place after beating Galatasaray 1-0, with the Turkish side dropping into the Europa League.

Erik ten Hag’s men are away to Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
