The initiative by M-Ajira comes amid growing demand in the Gulf region, opening doors to better-paying opportunities for qualified Kenyan professionals.
Successful applicants will be placed in structured and safe overseas employment in Saudi Arabia with a monthly earning potential of up to Ksh 130,000, inclusive of meals & mileage allowance based on trips completed.
This presents a significant step up from local earnings, offering drivers improved financial stability and the chance to better support their families through a well-regulated international placement process.
Interviews will be conducted over six days across two cities to accommodate applicants nationwide. Nairobi interviews will take place on Monday, 11th, Tuesday, 12th and Wednesday, 13th May 2026, followed by Mombasa from Friday,15th May, Saturday, 16th May, through to Sunday,17th May 2026.
Candidates from any part of the country are encouraged to apply, provided they can attend interviews in either location.
The opportunity is open to male heavy truck drivers aged between 20 and 45 years, with a valid heavy commercial driving license and at least three years of experience. M-Ajira will assist successful candidates who do not have passports with the application process.
