A resurfaced video of late Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo sharing a warm, unhurried moment with his children has left thousands of viewers heartbroken online.
The TikTok clip, posted on August 13, 2026, by the account @wicknell.chivayo4762, shows Chivayo behind the camera inside a moving Rolls-Royce, his children beside him.
The conversation is light and ordinary he teases them about finishing their dumplings, checks on homework, and fields a request for chicken pizza.
A Father Simply Being Present
At one point, Chivayo jokes that any child who refuses to pose for photos will be left behind on the upcoming family holiday.
The mood lifts further when he reminds his daughter Sadie to pack the passport for their pet Jelly, assuring her that the rabbit can finally join the family on the trip. He also tells Sadie that her friends are welcome to come along, as long as their parents can arrange passports in time.
It is precisely the ordinariness of the exchange that appears to have moved viewers most deeply. There is nothing extraordinary in the footage just a father who is present, playful and fully engaged with his children, completely unaware that the clip would one day feel like a farewell.
